Many of the Day schools in Kenya, especially those in rural area do not provide lunch for children. If they do, the children must pay. There are many children who go to school with no packed lunch, and many cannot afford to pay. Many of these children go without food the whole day, and often the little food they have at home if not sufficient.

Hungry kids cannot learn or grow; therefore we partner with the local community to provide lunch to children while in school.

$5 a month will feed a child 2 meals a day, 5 days a week while in school.
